Since 2020, all our production of rubber compounds, plastic masterbatch and EVA compounds has been powered by 100% renewable energy.

Scholarships that create opportunities
Since 2019, we have awarded scholarships every year to outstanding young people from low-income backgrounds to study at the country’s leading universities.
This initiative, carried out through the H. Tejada Civil Association, honors the memory of engineer Hebert Tejada, founder of Conte Group, and his conviction that education can transform the lives of young people, their families and their communities.
